Complete Security and Technology Solutions, Inc. (CSTS) is a leading new era in security guard services. Through proactive security and smart and innovative technology, we develop customized, flexible, and responsive solutions for our clients to focus on their core business. In a world of increasing instability, complexity, and uncertainty, we offer our customers the peace of mind to pursue their own enterprise knowing that specialists are in charge.

Our Leadership

Steven LaCava, President

Steven has been President of CSTS since 2020 and is currently serving as a Full-Time Sergeant for the Millville Police Department. He is a Reserve Police Officer for the Douglas Police Department as well, and has served six years in both positions, as Special State Police Sergeant for St. Vincent Hospital and three years as a Special State Police officer for the same facility. He has a Certificate in Law Enforcement from Boylston R/I Academy and an Associates degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Quinsigamond Community College. 

Philip Franzen, Vice President

Philip was named our Vice President of CSTS in 2020. He is a retired Millville police officer. He has vast experience with public safety and with municipal fire departments. This experience provides insight into the security needs and challenges faced by our clients. This insight augments our ambition to provide comprehensive Solutions.

Founded in 2020, CSTS specializes in the provision of security services. With a continuously growing geographic footprint and an organic evolution of our service portfolio over the past three years, our security specialists now provide on-the-ground protection supplemented by leading security technology to customers in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

We are where ever you are, whenever you need us, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, serving customers and communities throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire, protecting people, and operating many different locations statewide.
